This cutting oil is suitable for the processing of steel and non-ferrous metals (especially aluminum), and has high tensile strength.
Precautions for use
Mixing method: Slowly pour this oil into the water (the water is preferably of drinking water quality), and mix it thoroughly or use an automatic mixing equipment to mix it.
Storage: The emulsion should be stored indoors at a temperature not lower than 0 ° C. This emulsion can be stored for up to 9 months.
Mixing ratio recommendations:
When cutting steel and non-ferrous metals, the ratio of cutting oil to water is 1:9 to 1:19.
When cutting high alloy steel, the ratio of oil to water is 1:19.
