This biodegradable metalworking fluid is suitable for ferrous and non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum. Therefore, this product has a wide range of applications.
Precautions for use
Mixing method: Add this coolant to water while stirring thoroughly.
Storage: The emulsion is stored in a closed package with an indoor temperature of not less than 0C. This emulsion can be stored for up to 9 months.
Mixing ratio:
For ordinary machining, the ratio of oil to water is 1:29 to 1:49.
For grinding applications, the ratio of oil to water is 1:49 to 1:99.
