Premium semi-synthetic emulsified cutting oils are suitable for a variety of metalworking applications. When mixed with water in the appropriate ratio, the following properties can be obtained:

This cutting oil can be used in the machining or grinding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals (especially aluminum), with a wide range of applications. This product provides excellent tool operation time. This coolant can also be mixed with related hard water.
Precautions for use
Mixing method: Slowly pour the oil into the water (the water is preferably of drinking water quality), and mix it thoroughly or use an automatic mixing equipment to achieve the best emulsification operation.
Storage: The emulsion is stored in a closed package with an indoor temperature of not less than 0C. This emulsion can be stored for up to 9 months.
Mixing ratios: The following mixing ratios are recommended depending on the hardness of the water and the machining process being applied:
Ordinary machining, oil to water ratio of 1:19 to 1:24
Heavy duty machining, oil to water ratio of 1:12 to 1:19
Grinding, oil to water ratio of 1:24 - 1:32
