NORBERT GR AR 555 is a white, homogeneous, long-lasting high-temperature grease. The product uses perfluoropolyether (PFPE) as base oil and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) as thickener.
The NORBERT GR AR 555 offers excellent corrosion resistance and evaporation stability, even at high temperatures.
Product application
The NORBERT GR AR 555 has been widely used in high-temperature lubrication points in a wide range of industries.

sealing device

Clean room control equipment and semiconductor technology
Vacuum application equipment
Compatibility with plastic and rubber parts: Greases with perfluoropolyether as base oil and polytetrafluoroethylene as thickener are generally neutral to rubber and plastic parts (except fluororubber). Even so, material compatibility testing is recommended before batch application.
Precautions for use
Surface treatment: To optimize the lubrication effect, it is recommended to clean the friction point with petroleum solvent 180/210, then NORBERT XZ3-1, and then blow dry with clean, dry compressed air or hot air. For initial lubrication, the friction point must be very clean, free of oil, grease, sweat and other contaminants.
Lubrication method: It can be filled manually by brush, spatula or grease injector. It can also be used by automatic grease filling system. Please consult the application engineering experts of Norbert Lubrication before use to confirm its suitability under your process conditions.
