NORBERT NBU 15 is a high-speed bearing grease with excellent load resistance. The product is thickened with a composite barium electric base and uses special base oils specially fused with ester oils, synthetic oils, and mineral oils, which give the product extremely effective corrosion and wear resistance. At the same time, the product has excellent water resistance, medium resistance and oxidation resistance.
Product application
NORBERT NBU 15 is mainly suitable for high-speed spindle bearings and high-speed sliding bearings, such as machine tool spindles and related components in textile machinery. Other applications such as: bearings in high-load drives such as helical shafts and ball screws; and can be used as long-life grease in wire bearings and precision equipment; this product can also be used for lubrication of gear tooth surfaces in precision equipment (such as helical gears in milling machines, electric valve brakes, etc.).
Precautions for use
NORBERT NBU 15 can be lubricated using grease injection equipment such as brush, scraper, grease gun, or grease injection cylinder. Due to the different structural compositions of different artificial rubber and plastic materials, we recommend that the product be verified and confirmed for compatibility with the artificial rubber and plastic materials used before formal use.
